Hosting is on us for good — that never renews, on any website or app package. The care plan is the only recurring cost: it is included for your first twelve months, then $39 a month, and you can opt out with one message. Opt out and the site stays live and stays hosted free; you just look after the content yourself. The one other exception is a site revamp, which carries $150 a year for hosting, and it says so on the card.

After you've seen the site. We build the demo free, and only if you want to keep it do you pay — 50% to begin the final build, 50% when it goes live.

Move up whenever you like and pay only the difference. Nobody gets charged twice for the same page, and we'll say so if you're about to buy more than you need.

No. It comes switched on because most trades would rather not think about it, and the first year costs you nothing either way. Tell us to stop it at any point — before or after that first year — and we will, with no exit fee and no argument. Your site keeps running, still hosted by us, still yours.

No, and we'd rather say so than let you find out later. A website demo takes us a few days. An app takes one to three months, so app builds start with a deposit: 40% to begin, 30% at the midpoint, 30% when it goes live. The free-demo promise is for websites.

One month at the very fastest, three months at the outside. Where you land depends on how many screens you need and how much of it talks to other services. We'll give you a real date before you pay anything, not a hopeful one.

Then we write the spec with you — what it does, what each screen looks like, what happens when. That groundwork is part of the Pro and Ultimate packages. Basic assumes you already know what you want built.

The revamp is for a site somebody else built — we rebuild it from scratch, up to 3 pages. The care plan is for sites we built, and redesigns are already included in it. If you're an existing client you want the care plan, not the revamp.

You do. Both stores require the accounts to be in the business owner's name, so we set them up alongside you and cover the fees for the first year — Apple charges $99 a year, Google $25 once. From year two the Apple fee is yours. You can never be locked out of your own listing.
